If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phgold support immediately.
phgold is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time phgold deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions.
phgold accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phgold does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

phgold does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phgold makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
phgold collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phgold Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phgold is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). phgold will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the lawful operation of the Platform.
phgold reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if phgold determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if phgold is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phgold Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phgold customer support. phgold will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phgold from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
phgold reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phgold will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the phgold Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
